Dr. Massa and her team are very responsive and helpful. My first visit included her full attention, no rushing through my medical history and genuine concern for finding answers. Really listened to my concerns and my needs as well as my frustration with my previous doctors. After 5 years of no help with western medicine, I am hoping to continue with Dr. Massa. I work in the healthcare sector and I recognize her good work compared to just being a number. I look forward to finding answers together . Highly recommend ❤️
I called this practice to set up an appointment and see if it would be a good fit for me, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The woman who answered the phone was dismissive, unhelpful, and gave me the impression that they didn’t want to take new patients. So you want to find a Functional Medicine Doctor who actually knows what they are doing? Allow me to recommend Dr. Michelle Carrillo Massa. She is knowledgeable, kind, and a real medical doctor - she just knows more, has a broader view of you as a patient than doctors who aren't functional medicine practitioners.
