My appointment today at 10:30 I met Dr.Michelle for the first time. She asked me why I was there and what questions did I have. My hearing aids were not working properly and I was having difficulty on the phone and watching television. She than tested my hearing and examined my hearing aids. She thoroughly explained what my hearing problem was and how it could be improved by adjusting my hearing aids.
