One star is more than this office deserves. If I could give zero stars for the front desk staff, I would. I was a patient at this practice for 18 years, dating back to my first pregnancy. After nearly two decades of loyalty, this is how I was treated. I was charged a no-show fee for an appointment that I DID call to cancel. The office staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. Grove has such a warm, calming demeanor and is truly attentive to her patients’ needs. Unlike past experiences I’ve had with other OBGYNs, she took the time to explain each step of my exam and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. I was nervous that my IUD removal would be painful, but Dr. Grove was exceptionally gentle and proved me completely wrong. Annual visits don’t have to be dreadful, this office truly defies that expectation.
I had my recent annual visit with Dr. Michele Grove. During that time I discussed with her my symptoms. She found the tiniest little nodule inside my breast for which I am having removed surgically this coming week. I will forever thank her for finding this little spot. She potentially saved my life!
