This is the second time I tried to make an appt with dr Lanza because I am not feeling well. This is also the second time was refused an in office visit because I “was sick.” My sickness is a possible ear infection. Was offered a telehealth appt. How in the word can Dr Lanza check my ear through the phone? What if it’s only viral? Is this good medicine to offer up phone appts without being able to actually physically seeing the patient.
