My daughter has been seeing Dr. James her whole life and we have always had a good experience with her. She is very attentive and thorough.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
Dr. James is a great doctor. Her staff on the other hand is horrible. Anyone with color is treated poorly. And they don’t inform you on what all needs to be brought with you to the doctor visit. I’ve been dealing with this RUDE staff for the pass 5 years and nothing has changed.
Had to switch doctors because of the rude individuals. (Not doctors) I traveled 20 minutes from La Grange to give them a release form a week prior to my appointment so I could have the appointment and everything be set. I came to my appointment the next week and they went as far as to tell me no I never brought it. I assured them I would know if I drove a 20 minute trip and they said sorry that it wasn't true.
