Terrible customer service, the receptionist can't make a phone call to a doctor's office for a patient because "her phone rings all the time." Yet she can take the time to provide this elaborate explanation, not once did that phone ring. WOW!
Dr. Kemp was a second opinion doctor for me. I can not express how grateful I am to have been referred to her! She diagnosed me with multiple food allergies and helped me navigate how to keep the allergens out of my diet. She is extremely knowledgeable and her bed side manner is very compassionate. Very easy to get an appointment. She has also personally called me back in regards to questions about my health.
