I've been a "patient" of Dr. Jordan since she was in Trussville qnd I've followed her to Springville when ahe relocated. This is the most unprofessional make up rules as they go doctor office I've been to in my life. I'm off on Fridays only and drive 30 minutes for a visit that takes less than 5 minutes- only to be informed they don't write certain prescriptions on Fridays- why?!? Couldn't tell me why. The nurses are absolutely awful and disgusting rude, good luck getting them to pick up the phone cause they never do. It took me a month just to reschedule an appointment that’s with calling and emailing them. Read the rest of the reviews and Go literally anywhere else.
I have been a patient of drjordan for over ten years now. I also appreciate Jessica when she is helping but I have epilepsy and she has helped me maintain my health well I am grateful for her staff as well they are a good team
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I never make reviews like this, but I am sick as a dog and mad as hell. I just wasted almost an hour of my time at Michele Jordan MD Springville. I originally had a new patient wellness appointment today, but when I woke up sick I called and changed it to a sick appointment. Appointment time was 3:20, I got there at 3:10 to fill out my paperwork. I sat and waited from 3:10 until almost 4 and left because they failed to inform me that I needed $3 CASH for a processing fee. I DON’T CARRY CASH.... read more
I have been a patient of Dr. Jordan's for almost 20 years. I couldn't ask for a better primary care provider. I have been a healthcare worker in primary care medicine for 30+ years, so I am a little particular about my doctor's offices. I adore Jessica, and no way could this office run without my girl Jen!
