I left this practice feeling disappointed and unheard. Throughout my care, I experienced very little compassion or empathy from several providers. During my final appointment, I was made to feel small and as though I needed to defend my decision to leave the practice. Instead of understanding and support, I encountered a confrontational approach from Dr. Donna Delia, that left me feeling even more uncomfortable. Been with the group since Dr. A was in practice. Love Dr. Goderecci but can’t get through to make an appointment. Hate changing doctors but if I can’t get in what else is there to do. The phone never gets answered just messages about being too busy.
I should be able to multiply this five star rating by 5! Dr. G and her staff are incredible. I started with this practice out of college for normal annual check ups. 15 plus years later they have seen me through my biggest blessings and a few struggles. This week Dr. G (although not on call) made sure to be a familiar face for me in my delivery room to welcome our 5th baby. Dr Godorecci delivered both of my daughters and was truly exceptional throughout the entire experience. I have recommended her to many friends. The best!
