Dr.Frank, had checked my problem before meeting me. Spoke as a friend. Asked questions pertaining to my visit, asked about the information, she had read and decided she needed lab work. She received the info, called me the next day and gave me the results, and explained on the phone now it could be taken care of,since more info was needed. . . .My choice, . .I had another appointment, and had the procedure.
