I love Dr K., but not some of his office staff. I called today 3-23-23 @ 4:15, was transfered to Stella. Spoke with her & she was to speak with referral dept. I was put on hold & left there over an hour. I disconnected the call myself after office hours. Unfortunately I have no way of knowing what transpired that resulted in me being on hold over an hour. As I said Dr. K is terrific doctor, but he is only as good as his staff.
