I tried twice to setup a followup appointment by leaving messages with no reply. They left me a message canceling my original followup appointment. When I received a bill from them it had tests charged to my insurance carrier that I did not receive. Now they want me to pay a copay for those procedures after I already paid my office visit copay amount.
I called to make an appointment and they put me on hold for 7 minutes until they closed and it sent me to voicemail😂 Businesses do not care anymore.
I consider myself lucky to have access to a local service. I have been visiting once a week for allergy shots and will graduating to shots one every three weeks in the near future. I have developed arthritis in my left hip. I would park in the handicapped space, but I am tall and the ornamental tree branches extend over the sidewalk making it tough to walk on the sidewalk. If you need to see someone for asthma/allergies, Nathan Dossey, FNP is the person to see! He is a wealth of knowledge that is doctor level. He takes his time and explains things very well. He always comes up with a plan that we feel comfortable with, is well thought out and not just cookie cutter. Excellent care every visit!
