They went to Chautauqua Center and now are losing at least 1 customer. That place is horrible and within a week running already having issues so I’d rather stop treatment than deal with the Chautauqua Center

When I was able to get into appointments or get my calls answered the care was good… I’ve been trying to get ahold of the office for the longest time and nobody ever answers the phone or I’m sent to a completely full voicemail EVERYTIME… I haven’t been able to talk to a receptionist, nurse, or anyone in months… Everytime I try I’m never able to get through to anyone.

I tried twice to setup a followup appointment by leaving messages with no reply. They left me a message canceling my original followup appointment. When I received a bill from them it had tests charged to my insurance carrier that I did not receive. Now they want me to pay a copay for those procedures after I already paid my office visit copay amount.

I called to make an appointment and they put me on hold for 7 minutes until they closed and it sent me to voicemail😂 Businesses do not care anymore.

I consider myself lucky to have access to a local service. I have been visiting once a week for allergy shots and will graduating to shots one every three weeks in the near future. I have developed arthritis in my left hip. I would park in the handicapped space, but I am tall and the ornamental tree branches extend over the sidewalk making it tough to walk on the sidewalk. Stepping one step up onto the sidewalk and into the building is challenging. The waiting room is pleasant but again getting up from the low chairs is diff... read more
