Great doctor
Dr. Staszel is great, compassionate, caring dr and most of his staff is good BUT "susan" has alot to learn. Very unprofessional, doesn't relay messages to Dr and not telephone savey. You don't call a patient and say, " umm and umm while leaving a voice message, very rude. We try to not deal with her because she doesn't follow protocol. Who hired her, I would love to have a conversation with that person. Unfortunately one person makes it difficult for a patient to get patient care.
