The worst business I have ever experienced in my life! I cannot believe they are in business let alone a medical practice. Judy is the worst receptionist I have encountered and completely unprofessional and the doctor also bad mouthed prior patients. So incredibly rude. They scheduled and requested payment then canceled my appointment and refused to refund! I recently had gotten lip filler from Dr. Yoo and there is an air bubble-like pocket of superficially placed filler on one side of my lower lip. I had to research what had occurred in order to realize that it was not swelling, but however really poorly placed lip filler. After paying over 1k for both the consultation and procedure all my expectations were terribly unmet.
