Always late and have to wait at-least 45min-1hr in the patient room. Does not fully listen to your problems and kind of rude. It seems his policy is one problem per appointment. Very disappointed and not seeing him again.
I highly recommend Dr. Yao. He's knowledgeable, knows how to communicate effectively and is empathetic.
