Always late and have to wait at-least 45min-1hr in the patient room. Does not fully listen to your problems and kind of rude. It seems his policy is one problem per appointment. Very disappointed and not seeing him again.
I highly recommend Dr. Yao. He's knowledgeable, knows how to communicate effectively and is empathetic.

Just had a visit with Dr. Yao. He is very kind and caring. Asked many questions and listened to my questions as well. Just switched my primary physician and decided to go with Dr. Yao from now on.
Took so much time to fully understand what I was saying, and worded things in a helpful way. Worked with me from the beginning to the end very consistently. Highly recommended!
