One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a doctor's office from the beginning. First, they took a very long time to call and schedule. Then the scheduler couldn't tell me anything about my appointment. She said I would have to call the actual office. The office did not answer my call or return any messages. I tried calling for weeks. I did not know how much the procedure was going to cost or what all I was even going to get done. Where first impressions count. Parking lot and spaces too tight. Doors slam behind you on the way in. The doctor is in appears to be a myth. One is required to themselves in. The 'computer sign in' utilises a White disappearing pointer on a white background (tall people have to either sit on the floor, or kneel down to see it). No books on the waiting room. Shot givers test the patients like they are just learning their colors yet winter explain the dosage. Patients aren't expected to stay after shots...I could continue........ read more
