Dr Waszak was a great Dr for me but unfortunately he is retired now.
I needed to find a new primary. Searched on line and found Dr. Waszak. Had my first appt. 11/13. He was more than I expected. Very personable. Easy to talk to. Staff was very nice. I hope to be his patient for a very long time. Thank you Amita Health. Couldn’t wait to get home to let my family know I hit the M.D jackpot
