Wait time is very long, BUT, you get the same amount of time when it is your turn! Receptionist, Rayna, is such a sweetheart! She goes way beyond to get you what you need! She is such a sweetheart, BUT, that nurse Michelle is one for the books. Thinks she is better than you and treats you as such. Acts like she is doing you a favor to take care of you and she treats you as such! If you complains When you mention to him, he brushes it off!
He listens to you, but having to wait over an hour in waiting room before getting called back is an issue I have with.
He is one of the most caring Doctor's I have been too. He really cares about his Patients and goes above and beyond for them. I HIGHLY recommend this MD.
Extremely inconsiderate as is the staff. Back handed comments. Horrible care lead to death of one family member and horrible care is leading to death of another family member. Run for the hills, do not see this this MD or his nurse. She provides just as horrible care as he does. Wait time OVER 2 HOURS!!!!!!
Nope....never again. Completely missed a serious issue with my newborn, sent the baby home, three days later at Riley with a MAJOR heart issue. To add as kicker, American Health Network dropped us as patients soon after...for non-payment of bill, after they took a $378.00 out of my acct to catch up (Sorry I was late with payment, I was at RILEY with my child).
