First encounter with Dr. McDonald. He asked the right questions. Like an Investigator/Detective, not the "good guy" nor the "bad guy" approach. Right down the middle. Bullseye. I observed and sensed he was thorough and efficient in all aspects of the encounter. I will be returning and would recommend Dr. McDonald to others.

This is a review of Dr. McDonald's office, not him as a doctor. I have never been treated more poorly in my life when going to see a doctor. The receptionist, Keena Adams, is remarkably, inexusably rude and unprofessional. She mistakenly marked me as a no-show when I arrived on time. She wouldn't make eye contact with me, told me to sit down and stop asking questions, and when the manager realized Keena made an error after we'd been waiting for nearly two hours, Keena grimaced instead of apologizing. This past year, prior to COVID, I went to Dr McDonald for a prostate exam.During his exam he found a cyst in the testicular area.He performed both procedures. Thank you Dr. McDonald. I will not hesitate to see you again for any urological problem!!
