Worst medical experience I’ve ever had. I went to Pronto Medical on Fisher Blvd for an annual physical and a referral for an MRI due to a known meniscus tear. Dr. Joyce never examined my knee at all , only checked my vitals. He was dismissive and made an inappropriate and medically inaccurate comment regarding STI testing, stating that “everybody already has herpes.” Despite being in extreme pain and significant inflammation, I was not offered crutches, a brace, pain relief, or even basic guidance—not even Tylenol or ibuprof... read more
Reading the nice surveys is boggling my mind?! It’s almost as if I don’t believe any of them because I can’t even remember one good or nice thing I could say about this whole experience, beginning to end
Dr Joyce immediately tested me for flu and Covid which was negative. He prescribed medication for my cough and lungs but the cough medicine was not nearly strong enough and the inhaler was $500 so I didn’t get it.
My experience was good, the office was clean the staff was extremely pleasant. The wait was short. I had a great experience.
