I had my first visit this month with Dr Anderson and the PA when I walked into the office the staff was warm and welcoming as well as understanding when it came to filling out the medical forms, I was advised of everything that what was going to happen and what day was looking for once the testing was over, Dr Anderson advised that he did not want to put me on a lot of medication which I like because I'm not a person that takes a lot of medicine anyway but he did it by and come up with a solution for my allergies had to get ... read more

Visit started on time, courteous staff from receptionist, nurse, PA and Dr Anderson. I felt cared for and comfortable. Clean office and restroom.

Tried to call the office to make an appointment. Phone rang but no one answered. Tried calling back later, got VM menu but no one picked up after choosing option to make an appointment

I tried another place in Clermont where the staff and the doctor just didn't seem to care. Dr. Anderson and his staff were very friendly. He spent plenty of time on my skin allergy issues and listened to me without making me feel rushed.
