Two back surgeries with Dr. Verdon, great Doctor. Best care ever!
Went to Dr. Verdon for a second opinion for my diagnosis of SI Joint Dysfunction. He was unable to pull up my MRI to look, but eventually stated that if my previous doctor said it was my SI joint, it was my SI joint. I tried returning to him for a treatment consultation, but his staff was incredibly rude and kept giving me the runaround. Dr Verdon did a spinal disectomy and cervical fusion on multiple levels on me. When I woke up I could feel my hand again! I hadn't been able to feel it in several years! The pain in my other shoulder was completely gone and all the massive pressure in my neck was gone. Dr Verdon is an incredible surgeon and I highly recommend him. I've tried for a few weeks to get an appointment and I can't because their link for the questionnaire, THAT I HAVE COMPLETED 3X, apparently, doesn't work because they keep saying they don't see it. So, because of something simple and stupid, on their end, I can't get an appointment. I'm sorry I wasted time getting a referral and even more time with their stupid questionnaire and calling, NUMEROUS TIMES, to get an appointment. All I can say is that everything is for a reason. So, thank you, Jesus!
Your front desk lady is absolutely the rudest receptionist I have dealt with every time I call she doesn't want to answer any questions and rushes you off the phone, today said we are with patients someone will call you but didn't take a name number etc, has a non willingness to help attitude and its very frustrating for a patient just trying to get assistance.
