I was a former patient of Dr Riesberg. He performs his own CT scans and I had asked for a report several times over the last year to no avail. In January I relocated out of the area. In April and May I called numerous times trying to get his staff to send me a copy of the report a disc to take to my new ENT. After several attempts and promises never fulfilled, I gave up...Not afraid to diagnose you, treat you and charge you but don’t ask for anything in return.
I've been going to Dr. Riesberg for about 10 years now. I have a unique condition with one of my ears and Dr. Riesberg is incredibly detailed when explaining things to me, is very gentle, and most importantly extremely knowledgeable. His staff have been friendly and helpful every time I visit. He's a great doctor and I'm glad we have him here in Pensacola.
My experience with Dr Michael Riesberg and his staff was a real professional experience. The staff was easy to navigate toward a real proper procedure that took the misery right out of my life. The process was expedient and rewarding for me, as I was really congested with polyps and unwanted fluids and prior to the procedure I was out of my misery with the proper prescriptions immediately. I had the balloon procedure for sinusitis. I would recommend Dr Reisberg without reservation.
Dr. Riesberg performed a medical procedure on my nasal passages on 3/6/17. Dr. Riesberg and his staff were very professional and courteous. They ensured I was comfortable, set the lighting and ambient conditions to optimal settings, and made sure I was sufficiently numbed prior to the procedure. I was kept fully informed of what was going on and was provided with detailed instructions after the procedure. Dr. Riesberg and his staff are to be commended for their excellent treatment of patients.

Worst experience ever!
The facility is state of the art, the staff can get patients scheduled right-away, the staff is courteous and friendly, Dr Riesberg is very kind and attentive.
