I worked for Sangamon Medical Associates and had my choice of any doctor there. I'm extremely happy I chose Dr. Comerford. He's treated our family from newborns to geriatric and is an amazing doctor for all of us. He always listens to every concern, answers every question with patience, never talks down to anyone, doesn't use a lot of "doctor speak" that's hard to understand and has figured out how to successfully treat every problem we've had for over 20 years. Dr. Michael Comerford has provided my family with excellent medical services for the past 18 years.
I absolutely love being a patient of Dr. Comerford. If I'm being honest, I wasn't initially a fan because his bedside manner is different than many doctors, but I came to realize that different is good in this case. He is great with kids but also with adults of all ages. For a while my insurance didn't cover his services but I'm so thankful that I now call him my Dr. again. Can't say enough good things about him.
I have been a patient of Dr. C. for 10+ years. He has cared for my entire family. He is kind, compassionate, caring, smart and on-time. I can not say enough good things about him. I would highly recommend him if you are in need of a primary care doctor or pediatrician.
Dr. Comerford has been our family doctor for 20yrs! He takes the time to listen and truly wants what is best for his patient! I can confidently refer others to him!
