Doctor Tavdy is knowledgeable doctor and has good bed manners, but his receptionists are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They either do not pick up the phone, or, with luck, they might take your call, but they are extremely rude and hang up without giving you the chance to finish your question. Definitely, the doctor who is caring about his patients should teach his staff how to handle phone calls.
