They became involved with me and my husband (patient) around 6 weeks before he passed away of CJD. We both loved each person we came in contact with at the facility and who came into our home to keep an ongoing connection with us. They are the best and should anyone need to have Hospice come into your home for end of life care they have my complete thumbs up. my mother passed away a few months ago several hours after she was admitted to this facility. First of all, my mother had been in the hospital for 45 days lying flat on her back not able to sit up or get up; she was not able to speak she had been asleep for a week at this time. with that said after arriving to this facility the nurses were admitting her and then placing her on her side moving her around "thinking" they were making her comfortable which was not the case. All I can and will tell you is, don’t believe that the 5 ***** reviews of yesteryear and think they reflect in any way this so-called palliative organization of today, as sadly in no way, shape or form does it. They’d be better off changing their so-called Palliative Care description to Complete Incompetent Carless Chaos instead, as they’re very obviously way understaffed yet more importantly, they disgracefully have inexperienced clowns as so-called medical clinicians and use a DME (Durable Medical Equipment) company, which... read more
