I've been calling trying to make an appointment for a physical for the last 3 weeks. There's never an answer and although I've left messages, there is no return call. I don't understand why a physician would send out postcards encouraging persons to call for an annual physical and then not answer the phone. Horrible office staff.
Sometimes there are issues getting through, but if you leave a voicemail, they get back to you. Rudikoff is a GREAT doctor and worth the irritation of his office staff.
