If anyone has a pilonidal cyst, I strongly advise avoiding this surgeon. He operated on my son, but the procedure failed, even though it was a very small pilonidal cyst. The main issue with Dr. Soo is that he does not provide any post-surgery care instructions—not even through his nurse. He performed the surgery on my son and then disappeared from the hospital without giving a single instruction for post-surgery care. This is an unreliable doctor. I was lucky to escape from his hands. Greed is his biggest flaw.
Great Surgeon very concious and considerate of individual needs and preferences. Had many surgeries and always the highest of professionalism and with direct communication about what to expect.
Have just had an infected gallbladder removed full of stones. Dr Soo and his team are amazing very thourgh and dedicated to their craft. Kept me up to date throughout the process before and after the surgery. High recommend Dr Soo and his entire team. Cheers
