Dr Michael is fantastic! He and his team are very professional and caring. All my surgeries have turned out terrific results. He put me at ease with his kind and gentle manner and explained things in a clear and simple way. He is generous with his time; I could see him quickly and for emergencies. He has looked after me and my family. Dr Michael goes the extra mile to care for his patients. He is the best! I highly recommend him to anyone!

If anyone has a pilonidal cyst, I strongly advise avoiding this surgeon. He operated on my son, but the procedure failed, even though it was a very small pilonidal cyst. The main issue with Dr. Soo is that he does not provide any post-surgery care instructions—not even through his nurse. He performed the surgery on my son and then disappeared from the hospital without giving a single instruction for post-surgery care. This is an unreliable doctor. I was lucky to escape from his hands. Greed is his biggest flaw.
Great Surgeon very concious and considerate of individual needs and preferences. Had many surgeries and always the highest of professionalism and with direct communication about what to expect.
