My medications are constantly put into the pharmacy differently then the prior fills and now looking for another doctor because I'm tired of the constant migraine when having to deal with the office.
He has me sitting in DCMH for over 19hrs, doesn't approve my medications. All the while he is sitting in his office. Lord knows how long I'll have to wait to see him.
