Absolutely exceptional in working with younger kiddos - both professional and welcoming/friendly. I have two boys, 3 and 4, who actually look forward to their appointments. The entire staff - receptionists, dental hygienists, and Dr. Shannon - are phenomenal at what they do - hard to imagine any business who does it better. Incredible staff, the dental hygienist (I forgot her name!) was incredibly friendly and explained everything to my son, this was his first dental appointment. She was amazing. And Mike is fantastic also and my son was very comfortable around he and his staff. I highly recommend them!
We went to Dr. Mike because our favorite pediatrician, (also his Dad) recommended him. However, he has been their dentist since our kids first got teeth and now they are teenagers. He is always friendly and takes the time to explain if we have any questions. Also, when my younger son had to get a tooth pulled, Dr. Mike and staff were really good with him and put him at ease when my son was really scared. The office is clean and has movies for the kids during their cleanings.
