Been a patient here for 6 years and now they’re dropping me unless I pay $2,600 a year for their “VIP” program
It's all about the money here, NOT patient care. Now they're no longer taking Medicaid patients and they wait until the DAY BEFORE your appointment to inform you about it. Not to mention charging extra for VIP "boutique" style "care". What a joke!!!! Are you a doctor or are you a salesman? Lastly, the receptionists are rude and incompetent. I've been seeing Dr. Patterson over several years and he is awesome. Of all the OMM providers I have been to over the years, I prefer his style of technique the most-- he is very attuned and strong, and he does the physical alignment by assisting your body to correct itself, so it lasts longer than just chiropractic-type adjustments (from my experience with both).
