This doctor not only did he fail to provide me with medical care after a hit and run collusion which left me with a broken back but he made note in my record that was completely false. Stated I was not hit by a car and even stated that EMS witnessed the incident. 3 witness non of which were EMS saw a vechile run a stop sign and hit me while I was traveling down the road.
