Was a patient, no longer. No communication, no management response, no email, phone call, or text. Focused on invoicing insurance and not patient care. Avoid going here.
Just started going to RGA and can’t say enough good about all the staff, doctors, and the efficiency of operations. Everyone is very personable and polite. Their Portal is great to use and the office communicates well with you. Dr. Richardson has been treating me and he is caring and knowledgeable.
