Dr. Liao is great. I have three children. He helped me with all 3 pregnancies. During my first birth, my son’s heart rate dropped at one point and he wasn’t coming out because he flipped and was breached. He was very calm. They got a vacuum and got him out. The umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck choking him. His skin was pale white from lack of oxygen. Dr. Liao saved my son. He said it was the quietest birth he had seen, because I was completely calm throughout. He is a really caring doctor.
