My problem is Not about Dr. Lefkowitz, he's a great guy & a very knowledgeable doctor. My problem is with one of his staff members. I called for pain meds after a shoulder replacement, my other shoulder had been replaced also. Because I see a pain mgmt doctor, they did not feel it necessary to prescribe me any. My Pain mgmt said it would be fine to prescribe additional pain meds since I had additional pain from a Shoulder replacement. Ended up, a prescription for an excessive amount of pills were called in. Mike and Ben both done excellent job with me on knee replacement and way before trying to do what they could without having to have surgery there very laid back and cool people
I would give no stars if possible. Do not ever go to him. The staff is very sweet. He was a jerk. Wouldn't listen . almost falling asleep. Constantly interrupting. No knowledge for the questions I was asking. And to think I haven't been able to walk for 3 months and I waited to get into him for about a month. I truly can't believe he has high star ratings.
