I had a couple of tests done by Dr. Krachman in 2023, and he assured me after the procedure that if he found any issues he’d call me to discuss. He did find an issue but failed to contact me. Seven months later I find I have an untreated condition, by talking to my GP. Called Krachman’s office recently to discuss. They never called back. You can bet he didn’t forget to bill my insurance provider. I’ll be seeking a new gastroenterologist.
I had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy done at the same time on 26 September. It is now October 20 and I have not heard a thing about the polyp that was removed and they never told me anything about the endoscopy and what results were gained from that. The doctor came over for about 30 seconds when I was done and just told me a couple things they found on the colonoscopy and then walked away before I could even get a word or question in edgewise.
