A special man and exceptional dr. His clientele were mostly chronic malcontent nut bags. Sitting in the waiting room was an experience like no other. I honestly don't know how he remained with continual patience and understanding. I'm a Peds nurse and know how physicians should treat patients and few could tolerate what came to his down town Baltimore office. I saw Dr Kaplan for about 3 years and looked forward to every visit despite the long drive from Annapolis.. I hope he's enjoying retirement ...he earned it.
