My mother has been seeing Dr. Heinle for decades. In 2020, she was in a severe motorcycle accident which left her disabled and eventually was referred to pain management. Since 2021, every time she or I contact Dr. Heinle's office, they tell us to go to convenient care. The last time she was seen in 2021, I took time off work to take her and we waited nearly 3 hours past her appointment time to be seen. Dr. Heinle is my 93 year old mom’s doctor for many years. For the last few years I have accompanied her to her appointments because her memory isn’t that great and she doesn’t drive. Her appointment was for 2:45 and she didn’t see him until 4:30. It doesn’t matter what time of day your appointment is you will wait well over an hour. This is unacceptable.
