Called to make a first time appointment and a woman by the name of Jillian picked up the phone saying "The office is gone until 1:30. 'Click' " hung up before I could even say hello. That's rude. I called back and she did it again "The office is gone until 2 o'clock." Before she hung up I asked if it was 1:30 or 2 o'clock. She said "between 1:30 and 2 o'clock." Yeah I'll call someone else.
I cannot stress enough how satisfied I am with Dr. Fusco and his team since joining MDVip. Dr. Fusco has exceed all of my expectations as it pertains to his communications with me, which are timely and consistent, his explanation of the wellness process and results, and his support staff which are welcoming and caring at all times. Dr. Fusco has a wonderful, down to earth bedside manner.
Dr Fusco and staff are always available to help. Professional, courteous and extremely responsive to all of my health issues. Simply the best!!!
