"I ask him "where did you come from?" He was outstanding. Saved my husband's life. We focused, kind, caring, amazing. I will forever be grateful. His care did not stop in ER. Three days after our event he came to ICUon his day off to check on us. Heaven sent, I tell you.
Dr Michael Ross is the most thorough and caring doctor I have been around in a long time. Dr Ross was very busy but still took the time to explain everything to me and made sure we understood everything and that all of our questions were answered. By doing this he mad me feel like I was the most important person there. His staff treated me the same. I'm so thankful for them all, for helping ease my mind and keeping me calm when I was so scared. Thank you I wish Dr Ross was our Family doctor.
He bent over backwards to find and retrieve 4 year old records from another hospital as well as carefully reviewing the records his hospital already had. Did every test necessary and told me why he was doing each of them. He was a fantastic listener when taking my history. He is gentle, soft spoken, and just astonishingly beautiful. Honestly, he makes the docs on Gray's Anatomy look like old dogs. All in all it made a difficult emergency room visit about as pleasant as it possibly could be. I'm really grateful for that.
