Hi never is there, if you he is there you have to wait couple hrs for you appointment, the girl that works there she's so lazy lazy lazy, she Keeps the lights Off, they don't answer the phones that goes to voicemail for people think the office is closed, they take forever to get in appointment, they give you paperwork with no signature. Every time you go there that give you bad attitude. I believe if he was making money in Laughlin he will be open five days a week with reliable professional people to working in his office.
Dr Rainier it's good and I highly recommend him. There's a long waiting time for your first appointment and then in the waiting room but the reason is he spends time with his patients. He did with me anyway. He went over all my tests in detail and make sure I understood the results clearly. I highly appreciate that and I highly recommend this doctor. I'm also happy that we have a good doctor in Laughlin now and is close to where I live and I can actually walk to his office for my appointments. I don't drive so that is very c... read more
Don't know what people are.... Let me put it this way, You have to take your medical into your own hands. Dr R, Or any doctor for that matter. can point you in a direction ( Young grasshopper.) but it's your life And it's your responsibility, and at the end of the day, it's gonna be you Being The Star of a show at a memorial, or just being part of the crowd. Slow response if any. Been waiting for results of an X-ray, no word. I do not feel important as a patient at this office.
