Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Called to make an appointment and spoke with Judy. They would not allow me to make an appointment without supplying a credit card UNSECURELY OVER THE PHONE, even after I informed them I had excellent insurance, Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO with 100% coverage. Then was put on hold for over 8 mins. and comes back to the line saying the same thing. There is ZERO reason to give A DOCTOR'S OFFICE A CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE TO SIMPLY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.
