This office has been the absolute worst place I've ever been to for medical help. I have been trying to get a PA for my medicine that I clearly badly need and the office has been going out of their way to make sure nothing gets done. Ive been paying cash due to this incompetence. Every time my insurance calls they've been getting hung up on. I have great insurnace its the office. Sadly I need help so im stuck. Avoid this place if you can
The employees are nice. Other than that, the incompetence was remarkable. It was a TOTAL waste of time.
I work in a medical office, so i understand how busy a practice can get - but Miranda with Dr. MacAdams is by far one of the worse I've encountered. Her customer service is terrible, and the lack of effort or care is unbelievable. It's disappointing, especially since we've referred many patients to Dr. MacAdams in the past, but that's definitely going to change moving forward.
I found Dr. Macadams and his staffto be extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to get my thyroid stabilized immediately I think some of the negative reviews may stem from the fact that the office is behind on computerization and doesn’t take advantage of some of the newer medical apps that you might find at covenant and UMC But I find that refreshing He actually pays attention to his patients, instead of just documenting and documenting and prescribing, and not ever solving your problem. Had a pleasant visit today and Dr. MacAdams was very kind and knowledgeable. The front staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. Edit: However, it’s been 2 months and I have yet to receive any answers on the initial visit. I’ve been told they’re backed up and I’ve been patient and called and put on hold and hung up on and not received any call back.
