The reason for a 3 star rating vs 5 has nothing to do with the Doctors ability or the subsequent results of the procedure. I am very pleased with the outcome The reason for 3 stars is regarding the entire process. I was slated to have the procedure at 1:15pm. I arrived on time and was taken back to get prepared. The Anesthesiologists were great and very helpful. My issue is i laid there prep area for over an hour and a half. No one explained to me there was a delay in the operating room.
