I found Dr Poon to be very sincere and genuine. He took the time to thoroughly explain results to me and to suggest suspected outcomes and a plan moving forward. So far I am very happy with my experience.
After my first appointment in early 2024, was diagnosed with a migraine disorder without any form of neurovascular assessment or taking an in depth history. He then began prescribing various migraine medications, none of which helped and eventually tried every migraine treatment on the market. Disgusting attitude and professionalism from the Receptionist/Administration, Tia. Rude vile human being with a nasty attitude. After waiting for months for a cancellation appointment which was finally available and offered to me, only for them not book me in for it even though it was locked in over the phone. And when I call back to confirm the date & time, I was told nothing is done and my initial appointment in January next year is what they can offer.
