Doctor used to be Dr Quint, it's changed now to Dr Gagnon who I'm certain is great, but in the 7+ years I've been here I've never ever had the receptionist pickup the phone and have always had to leave a message and it is absolutely maddening every time.
We have been patients off Dr Gagnon for several years and have only great things to say about him and his staff. Dr. G is always very attentive and extremely thorough. We have never felt rushed as he always takes his time to listen to your concerns. His staff is excellent as well. While they are extremely busy, they are always very patient ( no pun intended ) , courteous and very supportive. Our family definitely lucked up with Dr. G and his team .

Dr. Gagnon is an amazing doctor. He's funny, to-the-point, and extremely honest about his opinion, but you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. He'll take you seriously and is willing to explore second-line treatments or referrals. His office # can be a bit hard to reach but just leave a message on the number and they'll call you back pretty quickly (usually same-day or day after)
