They seem to have forgotten the oath they took to take care of human beings. The way I was treated on the phone during the initial consult and a week later when no one returned my call is absolutely disgusting.
If I could give 0 I would. I have never been treated so disrespectful or dismissed. I am an established patient and I asked to switch from seeing the nurse to the doctor so I could be seen in person and was told I can’t. I asked to switch doctors for future appointments and was told I can’t. I asked to be seen in person and they also refused. I told them I was having chest pains and don’t know what it is.
