Dr Mcdermott is an excellent doctor. However, some of the office workers do not communicate respectful. I submitted important documents and asked if the forms could get completed and faxed to my employer. When I submitted the forms on a Wednesday, I stated that my employer requested to get completed and faxed by a certain date. I was told that it should not be a problem. I just left the office with my father and am very saddened how my father and I were treated. My father who is 75 and a war veteran had to have a few fingers amputated last week and I got a call this morning to bring him in at 10:15 and I asked the lady how long would the appt take because he also has a noon appt with his cardiologist and she assured me it wouldn’t take longer than 30 mins. I broke my ankle & referred to Dr. McDermott. I received great care & office staff was great. Dr. Was great at explaining in layman terms. I did what I was instructed to do to heal properly & avoid any surgery. I'm having knee issues & I will probably be revisiting... A + treatment & professional friendly bedside care.
