I called in for general questions and asked if there were any shadowing opportunities. The lady at the front desk was very rude and had no customer service skills at all. She hung up on me while I was speaking . Not a good look to represent your office. It cost nothing to be nice.
Very efficient and professional services. I thank each one of them for the excellent care they have provided to me over the last 27+ years.
