I read somewhere he retired, is this true?! I miss him and loved him as a provider. I left primary care because he left and the replacement provider sucks. I’ve been searching since I get the letter in my mail
I've searched for Dr. Guarisco since early 2025, and been unable to find him, but last week while at my cardiologist he informed me that Dr. Mike has retired. It would have been nice if he'd let patients know, but it is what it is. I'd seen Dr. Mike for the past 30 years. I'll miss seeing him.

Dr. Guarisco is an awesome, compassionate doctor. He truly cares for his patients health and well being. I pray where ever he may be he’s ok and is in good health.
