This is my doctor on my insurance card. I was 10 minutes last and refused to see me. My insurance even tried calling and talking to them, letting them know they made a mistake if they will reconsider, seeing me and they still said, no! I wouldn't take a dog to see them . How they treat me. Let me know that they didn't care. I had to go to urgent care and ended up in the hospital .
I can not even put into words how much I appreciate having this practice in our town. My entire family has doctored here for various reasons and each experience was amazing. The front office staff was helpful getting scheduled and nurses super pleasant! We have seen Dr Michael Cloos and Nancy Robertson and have had great appointments and follow up care each time. They spent ample time with us at each appt and had great follow up care. They truly care about their patients!
Dr. Cloos is an excellent doctor who listens and really hears your questions and concerns. He takes the time to talk through your results and what next steps can look like. He is great with children and makes their visits fun and easy. Highly recommend!
